26th February	Loss of the Birkenhead
	"But to stand still to the Birken'ead drill, is a damm tough bullet to chew". Rudyard Kipling (It is said that the cry "women and children first" was the standard set by the men of the Birkenhead who died seeing it fulfilled).
	New Third Colour presented - the Burns Colour.
