BATTLE HONOURS The East Surrey Regiment was awarded ten Battle Honours for its part in the North African Campaign. Tebourba, Fort MacGregor, OUED ZARGA, Djebel Ang, The Honours in capital letters were borne on the Sovereign's Colour of The East Surrey Regiment. Tebourba, Long Stop Hill 1943 and North Africa 1942-43 are today (2010) borne on the Queen's Colour of The Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment. |
